Q: How do I find my chauffeur once I arrive?
A: Your uniformed chauffeur will be in a dark suit and tie and will be holding a sign with your name or your company’s name on it.  If you are arriving at Orlando International Airport (MCO), all chauffeur's are required to meet at the baggage claim area at the bottom of the escalator / stairs.
If you do not immediately see your chauffeur, please call 407-888-2908 and we will get in touch with the chauffeur and help you locate each other.
Q: What makes Precision Limousine chauffeurs different than other drivers?

Q: Can you provide a recommendation for transportation service in another city or country?
A: We can do better than a recommendation. We are a worldwide provider of transportation, which means we can set you up with service in any city where you travel. Talk to our reservation staff about any transportation needs you have in other locations.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Any service that is being provided can be cancelled two hours prior to the pickup time. After this, it will be considered a late-cancellation and subject to the full rate as the driver and vehicle have already been dispatched to your pickup.
Q: When will you charge my credit card?
A: Your credit card will not be charged until the day of the service or after. Prepayments can be arranged online for relatives or friends of the traveler.
Q: If I am not ready at the pickup time, will I be charged for waiting time?
A: Our customers are entitled to a reasonable amount of time beyond the scheduled pickup time. This generally amounts to 15 minutes or so, after which, the hourly rate for the vehicle will be charged.
Q: What happens if I miss my pickup? What is the policy for a No-Show?
A: A “No-Show” will be charged the full rate. 

To avoid being charged, if you can not find your chauffeur at the designated pickup point, call our dispatchers at 407-888-2908 so they can get in touch with the chauffeur and help you locate each other.

In the event that your plans change, or you miss your flight, call 407-888-2908 as soon as possible. This will allow us to avoid charging additional fees and to allow us to make the changes to your reservation to insure you are picked up based on the new information.
